Worst customer service experience ever. I have a Cafe fridge installed just over a year ago. The compressor failed and is under a warranty. After 4 calls and endless time I finally had GE agree to send someone out ( a 3rd party ). The first company was a no show. The second company came and fixed -25 hours later the unit was broken again. Compressor failed but never replaced. They tried the relay first. Cannot get anyone on the phone to assist me as it is the weekend and I am going on my THIRD week without a fridge. GE customer advocates do the bare minimum to assist the customer. Complete fraud to sell products they refuse to service correctly.
