Well, my concerns were passed on to the Directors team, but the response i got effectively spoke to the upgrades team, this means the person dealing with the email, didn't take the time to read or even call me to discuss. So i purchased the pro2 costing £24 per month and wifi guarantee, the wifi is not working in my home the booster are rubbish, so I asked if I could go on the new contract which includes a 6e mesh router, I have been told I need to take out a new 24-month contract, and the new price of the plan is £45 (the broadband speed is lower and everything else is the same), although you they have offered it for £37, but i cannot see why i should pay an extra £350 over the contract. The service continue to be very poor
