Was a customer for several years. When came to change my car I received NO REFUND for unused 7 months. Next car needed a tracker so I ended up paying twice. Went to a different company. Choose one who refunds unused months like all good insurance companies do. Overall, poor customer service and treatment of loyal customers, feels like extortion when you pay twice! Porsche and high brand vehicle customers go elsewhere. (Vodafone Vehicle Tracking / CobraTrack.)
