It's been a month and haven't received my order nor any sort of resolution as the last email I got said my order is lost in post and they'll "soon dispatch a new one" even without asking wether I need a new order or not. Sadly I've waited so long that I no longer need that order and since you've not resolved the issue I will be going to my bank for my money back! Never again!
I've just seen so many negative reviews for Sephora since I had my bad experience with them - wonder if this ever makes any difference. I'm still waiting to hear back after being sent the wrong product and I have emailed, phoned, tweeted, everything and no response. I guess anyone can run a company in this negligent manner.Anyone have any ideas how to follow up because they just don't care?
