All the bad reviews are accurate. This company has gone down hill after taking over Feel Unique. Shopped with Feel Unique for many many years, largely unproblematic, now Sephora are in charge and previous refund took weeks to be actioned with no apology or explanation, and had an order delivered to Asda store on Monday and the box was crushed to pieces, no idea if that was Asda issue or the delivery company. Sent photos to Sephora the same day and all I have had in return is an automated email on a loop asking for photos. I reply to the email with photos and the same auto email responds asking for photos. There is no means of speaking to anyone or by-passing the automated system at all, which is what happened before when the refund wasn't actioned. Thankfully I pay for everything via visa so my next course of action will be to get my credit card company to reverse the payment. I have a feeling as soon as I dispute the payment with Visa that an actual person from Sephora will be in contact. It's shameful that a large company behaves so poorly just to make money. It can't be the be all and end all of life on planet Earth, scamming people to make a fast buck. We're all here for a short time, why not try doing good in the world instead?
First I used to think sephora itself is a big brand and will be best company but because of my baby I had to do online shopping from Sephora and my stuffs never came I contact them and the denied to refund my amount which was $480 and I asked what should I do now? They even denied to resend the order and asked me to contact the fleetoptic..I did file a claim in fleetoptic and they send me an email saying that they won’t be able to help me out and I have to contact to Sephora again I call customer service the lady I spoke to was so rude and unprofessional she told me we won’t be able to refunds you or resend the stuffs..it’s a scam never ever buy anything from this so called Sephora..worst company,worst customer service and worst experience ever so disappointed and dissatisfaction with this company..
So disappointed by this company. My item never arrived and they willNot refund or replace the item. Disgusting as their delivery partner is not able to provide me with a POD or photograph. They’re slow to respond and extremely unhelpful. Avoid avoid avoid!
Absolutely devastated, treated myself to a very expensive perfume, which was sent using evri, and when it arrive the box was empty and clearly tampered with. Absolutely no contact from customer service at all, impossible to speak to a human being. I’m so angry and upset. How on earth can the customer service be so horrific for such a huge company. I only bought it from Sephora as I thought they were a reputable company. I feel sick I honestly don’t know how I’m going to get a refund of replacement when they are impossible to contact
The worst experience. After many years as a loyal customer, I will no longer be one. Have, repeatedly, given them the benefit of the doubt with product order issues. At one time their customer service was excellent. That is a thing of the past. Today, yet another issue (lengthy time being on hold) was unresolved and the representative and her alleged supervisor (which I requested to speak to) were utterly useless, and made it clear they had no interest in rectifying my problem. So, today my long customer relationship is over. I officially quit.
Recieved a product that exploded upon arrival with faulty container that I was unable to open. Still yet to receive a response from the customer complaints team despite continuously chasing. Will not be using them again !
I've just seen so many negative reviews for Sephora since I had my bad experience with them - wonder if this ever makes any difference. I'm still waiting to hear back after being sent the wrong product and I have emailed, phoned, tweeted, everything and no response. I guess anyone can run a company in this negligent manner.Anyone have any ideas how to follow up because they just don't care?
Sephora Team Member Kady was AMAZING!!!on Saturday 08/07/23 I had a wonderful experience shopping in Sephora Westfield Shepherd's Bush. Kady was well presented lovely makeup and a bright smile, instantly she made me feel confident in her guidance whilst shopping. She was quite knowledgeable about all the products and what would be good for specific skin types. If you go to Sephora look out for the lovely lady wearing a bright smile and a black Prada glasses :) If you ever see this review thanks again Kady !!!!
I accidentally put the wrong address in my order to a different city as it was my old address and was using Apple Pay. I noticed the next day BEFORE the order shipped and immediately called them. They said there was nothing they could do as it was already placed and to contact the mail carrier. It was so early on that the mail carrier wasn’t even available to see yet. The next day it appeared so I called Canada Post but they unfortunately could not do anything to change the delivery address or hold it because of mail fraud. So I called back Sephora immediately and told them. The girl I spoke to was nice and told me to call back once it’s delivered and they could reship it. So that’s what I did today. I spoke to the same girl and she tried to process either a return or reship meant but the system was declining it. She spoke to her team and couldn’t do anything so I asked to speak to a supervisor. This supervisor was EXTREMELY UNHELPFUL and borderline rude. She basically said she couldn’t do anything about it or look into it further and that it was a final decision. Mind you, this is my first time ever contacting Sephora after regularly having an account and shopping from them online for over 6 years. It would be one thing if I had contacted them after having it delivered BUT I contacted them less than 24 hours after placing the order. And this supervisor couldn’t be bothered to look into it or ask anyone else or transfer me to another supervisor when I asked. I wasn’t even given a valid reason for why their system was declining the refund/reshipment. The WORST customer service I have ever experienced!!! Going to try my best to not shop there anymore and going to buy the products I need straight from the brand’s store. If I lived in the U.S., I would just shop at Ulta instead.
Awful customer service. I never received a particular order (after it initially went missing during delivery). I have been trying for weeks to address this with Sephora to no avail and with no response.
Nothing has gone wrong with my only order so this isn’t a retaliatory review. I’m just genuinely baffled at how a website/app can be so glitchy and unintuitive in this day and age. Can’t log into the app at all despite details being up to date - it’s convinced it’s incorrect. Ok will try the website - right, get signed out every 5 minutes. Can’t add stuff to basket - apparently the session times out every 30 secs. Page refreshes every time you click anything adding 5 seconds of loading time for every action. Clears basket randomly. The other absolutely infuriating thing is how limited the vouchers are - yea they list the exclusions but it’s soooo many brands, plus any existing discount renders them useless which practically makes the whole site ineligible. Have spent a few hours today putting together a basket to use my £10 off and it’s actually turned me off shopping at Sephora in future. Try and talk to customer service on WhatsApp - just copy pasted responses.Fix your website! Rebranded feel unique is absolute junk and hurting the brand. Back to Space NK for me!
To the manager of Westfield Sephora Shepherds Bush.You were amazing & what fabulous customer service you gave me.After being let down badly by what should be the online Customer Service & being ignored by them.By making a journey to the store & it costing me money to get there on public transport.You were a breath of fresh air after the awful few day’s I have had trying to get the right item I originally ordered & not the wrong one sent!!You are a credit to them & they need to learn from you what customer service is.Thank You so so much for sorting out their mistake.I wasn’t going to shop with Sephora anymore, but I won’t shop online anymore & I will now only come in store.At least I know that I will be buying the correct item,I didn’t get your name, but you are an absolute star.Thank You to you & not to the awful experience at Customer Service, which they desperately need to sort out after reading all the negative reviews.Get it right Sephora as you will loose a lot of business.
